• Gybasoft-Owned Content: This includes, but is not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, and software developed by Gybasoft. Such content is protected by intellectual property laws and is owned exclusively by Gybasoft.
• Third-Party Content: Some content accessible through our Services may be owned or created by third parties. This includes user-generated content, licensed materials, or content linked from external sources. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners and is subject to their terms and conditions.
• User Licence: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and use the content provided through our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, except as permitted under Section 5a. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or republish any content without proper authorisation from Gybasoft or the respective content owner.

5a. Commercial Use

Gybasoft permits commercial use of its products under the following conditions:

• Monetised Roblox Games: You may incorporate Gybasoft's products into Roblox games that are monetised, including those using in-game purchases such as game passes or developer products.
• Modification and Redistribution: Redistribution of Gybasoft products is generally prohibited. However, you may redistribute modified versions of our products if they include meaningful improvements. The modifications must:
  • Not contain unauthorised third-party content (e.g., stolen, leaked, or unlicensed assets).
  • Retain Gybasoft’s logos and mentions, and not claim the product as your own original creation.
  Unmodified products may not be redistributed to prevent unnecessary duplication and ensure that updates and support are properly managed.
• Incorporation into Third-Party Products: If you include Gybasoft products in third-party products or services, you must:
  • Clearly disclose that the Gybasoft content is free and originally created by Gybasoft.
  • Not charge specifically for the Gybasoft product or imply exclusive rights to it.
• Other Commercial Uses: Any commercial use outside of the specified allowances requires prior written consent from Gybasoft. Unauthorised commercial use may result in termination of access to our Services.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Gybasoft does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
